Little Hania survived in a Polish family in Adampol. During one roundup of Jews, the Germans killed her mother. Hania's father was hidden by Mr. Marian Ciepalowicz, who after a few days carried him in a sack to the woods. After the War, Hania and her father went to England. In 1989, Mr. Ciepalowicz gave me the photographs, saying that he would not live to return them to their owner. He died in 1995." Helena Lesniewska-Parchocka, Wlodawa
