Credtis and Acknowledgments

This exhibit is based on a photographic exhibit, Visas for Life, which was shown at the Simon Wiesenthal Beit Hashoah Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles, and the California State Capitol in Sacramento.

All proceeds from the photographic exhibition, this book and related activities will be used to continue an education and historic program about Chiune Sugihara.

The Holocaust Oral History Project is a 14-year old San Francisco-based nonprofit organization that conducts and archives taped interviews of Holocaust survivors and witnesses. Its collection of 1,500 tapes is one of the largest in the world. The organization is funded by grants from individuals and foundations, including the Koret Foundation, Steven Spielberg's Righteous Persons Foundation.
